Why this exists

The body is not separate from performance. It is the instrument through which all performance happens, whether on stage or in the boardroom.

The most sophisticated performers in any field train the body as deliberately as they train the mind. The awareness of how to read your own physiological state and shift it intentionally, to bring the body into alignment with what is being asked of you, is a skill. FLOESSENCE was built to teach it.

Its methodology is grounded in the premise that the shape of your body shapes how you feel. Shift your body’s shape, and you shift your internal landscape.

This principle is consistent across the interdisciplinary schools of thought that shape the FLOESSENCE methodology. Spanning somatic psychology, psychophysical performance training, yogic philosophy and meditative practice. Contemporary neuroscience and behavioural research are now finding the empirical language to confirm what those disciplines have long understood.

Though these are considered soft skills, they do not produce soft outcomes.
