High performance environments often require people to override their internal signals. To push through, speed up and do more, without the tools to sustain it. Over time that creates a fundamental disconnect from the body, from clear thinking, from the ability to self-regulate and show up fully.
IQ = think EQ = feel
Most of us have been taught to develop two intelligences. But there are three.
Yet neither gives you real time data i.e a felt sense of your inner resource and resilience to sustain what’s being asked of you. Without it, you’re reactive rather than responsive. You overexert or underperform.

There is a third intelligence that sits beneath both. The ability to sense your internal state and know what your body is communicating before your mind has caught up. Neuroscience calls it interoception. In performance training it’s the foundation of everything.
When you return to that internal signal, something shifts. You become steadier. More grounded. Available to what’s actually happening in the moment and in tune with what you’re capable of. Connected to yourself and the people around you.
Performance training is rooted in this state of energised stillness. That’s where conscious decision-making lives and where performance becomes truly sustainable.

THE PROGRAMME

Six weekly 60-minute sessions — delivered on-site at your workplace or online

Feel with Floriana is a six-week on-site corporate wellbeing programme delivering genuine, lasting change. Six 60-minute weekly sessions delivered on-site at your workplace or online, designed around your organisation. Combining somatic movement, breathwork, nervous system education and Yoga Nidra.

Each session draws on the Find Your Essence Framework — a methodology rooted in performance training, neuroscience-informed somatic practice and nervous system science. The result is a programme that feels completely distinct from a standard yoga or wellness offering, even for people with an established practice.

Maximum 12 participants per cohort. Sessions run parallel to school term times and are scheduled around your organisation.

The Methodology

 The Find Your Essence™ Framework

All six sessions draw on the Find Your Essence™ Framework — developing interoception, nervous system awareness and breath as practical tools for daily life. Each session builds on the last, moving participants from awareness to embodiment across six weeks.
Module 1: Cultivating Deep Listening
Developing the ability to tune into the body’s signals with precision. Participants begin to recognise their habitual patterns and create meaningful shifts toward greater ease and presence.
Module 2: Breath as Expansion and Contraction
Exploring breath as a two-way tool — discovering how changing breath patterns changes the internal landscape. Participants develop practical breath awareness they can use immediately beyond the session.
Module 3: The Neurobiology of Stress
Understanding how the body communicates safety and stress — and developing the tools to respond with awareness and steadiness rather than reactivity.
Module 4: Regulating the Sympathetic State
Learning to meet moments of activation with calm and intelligence. Building the capacity to move through high-pressure moments with greater clarity and confidence.
Module 5: Regulating the Dorsal State
Practices for those moments of disconnection, low energy or shutdown — gently reawakening presence, energy and self-trust through movement and breath.
Module 6: Embodying Your Essence
Bringing it all together. Each participant designs their own embodied toolkit — practices they can use to stay grounded, open and present in daily life.
