FLOESSENCE develops the physical skills that help people stay clear, communicative and effective under pressure, through somatic practice rooted in psychophysical actor training.
A 60-minute session, delivered on-site for your team.
Most organisations begin with a single 60-minute on-site session for up to twelve people before committing to six weeks, allowing teams direct experience of the method.
Book the Introduction
Workplace stress costs UK employers over £102 billion annually. In 2024/25, 22.1 million working days were lost to work-related stress and anxiety, up 35% in one year. Replacing a single employee earning over £25,000 costs an average of £30,614.
Sustainable Presence develops real-time body intelligence: sensing internal state, self-regulating under pressure and returning to energised stillness. Results include more sustainable performance, authentic connection and longer tenure.

“Performance training has always known what neuroscience is now proving, that presence is a skill and it lives in the body.” — Floriana Dezou

It complements existing sales, presentation and communication training by working with physical state, breath, attention and presence under pressure.
Book a conversationFLOESSENCE uses a short pre- and post-programme self-assessment alongside qualitative feedback to understand changes participants notice across the programme.
This provides directional evidence suited to a programme of this size, not a research study.
FLOESSENCE uses "Third Intelligence" as its own framing for the capacity to sense and work with internal physical states in real time.
This idea draws on the established concept of interoception, our ability to sense signals arising within the body, alongside performance training and embodied practice.
FLOESSENCE also draws on models such as Polyvagal Theory as one way of thinking about how the nervous system may respond to safety and threat.
FLOESSENCE draws on it as one model for understanding how the nervous system may respond to perceived safety and threat, within a wider and evolving body of research.
The methodology distinguishes established research from FLOESSENCE's own interpretation and application.
Book the Introduction“I found the meditation very useful. I have a tendency to let my mind wander and get overwhelmed by my thoughts. The meditation was so good because I really felt connected to myself and my body and not my racing thoughts. Warming us up and using my body and mind first, made it better than any meditation I have tried at home.”
