EMBODIMENT COURSE LEADER
Having gone on my own personal journey of reconnecting with my body, overcoming burnout, and getting back into balance. I now share the tools, techniques, and knowledge that have transformed my life with other high-achieving women. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose touch with our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing — yet practical ways to regain balance aren’t always readily available.
Through my coaching model, I empower individuals to embrace their unique bodies, develop self-confidence, and recognise the early signs of overwhelm to combat stress and prevent burnout. Drawing on over a decade of professional theatre experience, directing, facilitating workshops, and coaching at institutions such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Old Vic Theatre, and Young Vic, I combine acting, movement, and voice training—honed during my First-Class MA in Acting for Screen at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama—with 250 hours of yoga training in Rishikesh, India, then specialising in Trauma-Informed Somatic Yin Yoga. I have also led professional development workshops, guiding individuals to build confidence and practical skills across diverse settings, including the Royal Bank of Canada.
I don’t believe you need to take a year out of your life or travel across the world to cultivate inner peace and manage daily stresses. My programs blend ancient yogic wisdom, somatic embodiment practices, and evidence-based techniques—all practices that have worked for me—to help women restore balance, resilience, and confidence in their personal and professional lives.
Drawing on my background with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Old Vic, and Young Vic, I use movement, breath, and reflective practices to help women build confidence, reduce stress, and turn self-awareness into meaningful change.
My approach blends trauma-informed somatic practices, neuroscience-backed tools, and yogic philosophy. Every technique is designed to be simple, effective, and easy to integrate into a busy lifestyle—helping women regulate their nervous system and maintain resilience at work and beyond.
With a First-Class MA from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and 250 hours of yoga teacher training—first in Rishikesh, India, then specialising in Somatic Yin Yoga—I bring together performance training, ancient wisdom, and modern science to create innovative, results-driven programs.
I design each session with care and intentionality, ensuring participants feel safe, supported, and fully engaged. From pacing to structure, every detail is considered to create a space where women can access tools, build confidence, and feel empowered to sustain long-term change.
