6 & 30 November, two Homecoming sessions
Two Homecoming sessions at Lighthouse Social this November. On Friday 6 November at 9am in Markers 4, Homecoming, with FLOESSENCE is a 60-minute live embodiment session moving through Ground, Move and Rest, into Yoga Nidra. On Monday 30 November at 6.30pm in the Screening Room, Homecoming: Ambient Yoga Nidra is 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra guided live over an ambient electronic soundscape. Please bring an extra warm layer to both.
