Over six weeks, you’ll move through the Find Your Essence™ framework — a holistic process designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence, calm your nervous system, and build lasting inner confidence. Drawing on principles from actor training, each module invites you to explore presence, breath, and authentic expression, guiding you gently from awareness to embodiment.
Module 1: Cultivating Deep Listening
Learn to slow down and tune into your body’s subtle signals. Recognise your patterns and begin creating small, meaningful shifts that bring greater balance and ease.
Module 2: Breathwork – Expansion & Contraction
Reclaim your natural rhythm through the breath. Explore Yin and Yang breathing to regulate your energy, emotions, and flow.
Module 3: The Neurobiology of Stress
Understand how your body communicates safety and stress. Develop tools to respond with awareness, compassion, and resilience.
Module 4: Regulating the Sympathetic State
Learn to meet moments of activation — fight or flight — with calm and steadiness. Build confidence from within as you move through life’s intensity.
Module 5: Regulating the Dorsal State
When you feel disconnected, shut down or in a ‘fawn’ response. These practices help you gently reawaken. Rediscover presence, energy, and self-trust through movement and grounding.
Module 6: Embodying Your Essence
Bring it all together. Design your own embodied toolkit — rituals and practices that help you stay centred, open, and truly at home in yourself.
Participants also receive supplementary online content to support continued growth between sessions, including:
  • 4 × Somatic Yin Yoga classes
  • 4 × Yoga Nidra meditations
